Heather Olson,

Heather began her career in real estate with Kellstrom-Ray in 1994. She has obtained various designations throughout her career, and continues to be one of the top producers. In May of 2007, she purchased Kellstrom-Ray from Don and Kathy Ray and is very excited about this new business venture! She lives in Ellison Bay with her husband Jody (also a Door County native whose family goes back many generations) and daughters, Kayla and Eva.

Craig Bastian

Craig entered the real estate world in 1979 and began his career with Kellstrom-Ray in 1985. He has been one of the County's top producers for the past 8 years. A Door County native, he resides in Sister Bay with his wife Valerie and has three adult children.

Don and Kathy Ray

Don and Kathy are the former owners of Kellstrom-Ray. They continue to list and sell as they have since 1966 and have seen many changes over the years. They have met many wonderful buyers and sellers who are such an important part of what makes Door County, “Door County.” They have much in-depth knowledge about the history of and real estate information on northern Door County. Both Don and Kathy are natives to the County and are concerned about the county’s future.

Gene Norby

Gene has been with Kellstrom-Ray since 2000, after retiring from the Dupage County (IL) Sheriff’s Department and making a permanent move to beautiful Door County. Gene is also a certified dive master. He lives in North Bay.

Amie Olson

Amie started her real estate career with Kellstrom-Ray in 1997. Amie is also a Door County native and resides in Ellison Bay with her husband Mitch and two children. Amie is a full-time sales agent and also oversees the daily business operations of the office.

Amy Jorgenson

Amy lives on Washington Island with her husband Mike and two children, and commutes daily to Sister Bay. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in the advertising and marketing field. She recently received her real estate brokers license and is anxious to put her enthusiasm and marketing experience to work for her customers both on Washington Island and the rest of Door County. Amy is very active in her community as a member of the Zoning and Planning Committee, Medical Committee, and School Board.

Dave Kaster

Dave lives in Sister Bay and has been spending his summers in Door County all of his life. He also runs a successful real estate business in Naples, FL and this compliments his Door County business. Dave brings with him over 20 years experience in real estate. "He has an extensive background in internet marketing of luxury real estate in both Door County and Naples, Florida. He is completely "computerized" and cites "I use the latest technology to better serve my clients." Deborah Eckert

Veteran real estate agent Debbie Eckert is the most recent person to join the sales team at Kellstrom-Ray. She is the fourth generation of her family to be born inDoor County, is active in the community, and knows the Peninsula and its people well. Debbie has been selling Door County real estate full time for 24 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. She is passionate about real estate and ready to go the extra mile for her customers and clients. Her specialty is vacation property and she invests in it herself.
